Terms & Conditions on warranty:

Obligations and Limited Warranty Period:

The warranty period is limited to 12 months from date of purchase. Should the purchaser discover a factory fault with the item/s within the warranty period, the item/s will be repaired or replaced, provided that the item/s is returned promptly to Arc Electronics offices, which cost is for the purchaser to bear.

Services under Warranty:

To obtain service, items must be returned in:-

- The original packaging with all components included
- Purchaser's sales receipt
- Comparable substitute proof of sale showing the date of purchase and the serial number of items.
- Settlement of return shipping fee
The purchaser will pay to ship the repaired or replaced item/s and the repaired or replaced item/s will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty Period.

Warranty does not cover:

(a) Defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, modification or any part therefore, or cosmetic damage.
(b) Removal, alteration or defacing of the serial number or other identifying marks on the item;
(c) All plastic surfaces or other externally exposed components that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;
(d) Malfunctions resulting from the use of the conjunction with accessories, products or (ancillary) or peripheral equipment not provided in the original package; or
(e) Defects or damage from unauthorized or improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing or adjustment of the System.

Any repairs or replacements provided by Arc Electronics outside of the Warranty Period (including repairs to or replacement after the end of the Warranty Period), or in excess of the services provided during the Warranty Period, will subject to Arc Electronics prevailing rates.

Refunds & return policy:

- Should the item/s have a factory fault, it will be 1) repaired or 2) replaced within the warranty period
- Should the item/s not have a factory fault, and the customer requests a refund within 7 days of purchasing the item/s, then a refund will be granted subject to a standard 20% re-stocking fee.
